Minimum budget based on our experience

Although you can find cheaper properties advertised online, our experience tells us that the quality of the listings below our minimum budgets will be quite low or they will be let in the blink of an eye.

Our minimum budget (per week) recommendations are there to make sure we can give you the best service possible and find you a great flat.
