Why aren't there properties in my profile?

When you create your profile, our system will search across all the different property portals in London to find homes that match your sign up criteria.

This can take a couple of minutes, if you have just signed up try refreshing the page.

If you still can't see any properties it might be because:

1. There are no properties available with the preferences you selected

It might be that there aren't any properties at that budget in the areas you selected. In that case, change slightly some of your settings to make the search a bit broader and see if this changes the outcome.

2. Your move in date is too far away

Move in dates further than 2 months away will not come up with many results. If this is the case, you can start preparing the documents you need for renting and check back 4 to 6 weeks before you want to move in.

3. You clicked on 'help me decide on an area' during signup

If you don't know where you want to live a member of our team will give you a call to help you narrow down the best areas for you. Once this has happened, you'll be able to see properties on your profile.

4. Something might be wrong in the system

We are always making improvements to our system, so it could be something that needs attention from our Tech team. If you think this is the case, notify our team via our chat in the down right corner!
